We read books to find out who we are. What other people, real or imaginary, do and think and feel is an essential guide to our understanding of what we ourselves are and may become. -Ursula K. Le Gruin
I'm a voracious reader. I gobble books, barely chewing them at all and swallow them whole. Because I read so many and so fast, I have been trying to keep track of them by maintaining annual lists. The lists are online for 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009.
After dropping the ball in mid-2006, when 2007 started I didn't even bother to document the books that I was reading. But, I found that I couldn't remember what I had read and when, so I restarted my record keeping at the beginning of 2008, The most current list of what I've read this year is in a file on my laptop, but I'm making a special effort to keep the Books Read in 2010 page up to date.
Please enter the weblog to read the posts I make—at erratic intervals—about the books that I am reading.
