Elsi’s Observations

12 cups flour
6 cups sugar
4 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. salt

Mix everything together and store in a large air-tight container. Feel free to use all whole-wheat or a mixture of whole-wheat and white flours. Also, I like to use 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar.
